The Valley of the Saints: a living universal place

Our will is to create a living place which will contribute to the cultural magnetism of Brittany, a “History and Geography book in the open”, an “Easter Island” of sorts...

The location, which has not been defined yet, will allow to revisit the statues of these Saints and their various characteristics: Saint Pol Aurélien and the dragon, whom we have just mentioned, Saint Hervé and his wolf, Saint Corentin and his fish, Saint Mélar and his stag’s horns...

This place, heavy with the strength of our rich culture, will revolve around 4 ideas:

- a Pharaonic construction site of 1000 giant statues, each of them about 4-metre high, which will be the biggest in the world. It will be an incredible place of remembrance of early Brittany.

- A center of information about the early Middle Ages in Brittany, the time when the Saints came to Armorique.

- A permanent stage for musicals, plays, screenings and historical reconstructions.

- A reconstruction of a celtic monastry and its surroundings.
